One Day Special continues on Hochanda today

Here's today's card -

This is such an easy card to make. I wanted to share this one today to show you the beautiful Justrite A2 Splendid Border Die and also to show that you don't have to colour in the stamped images.

For the background, I ran a piece of Coconut White Card through the Spellbinders Platinum Machine with the Couture Creations Small Dots Embossing Folder. I ran it through a second time to extend the design.

I cut the Justrite A2 Splendid Border out of Sky Blue Card twice.

I stamped the smaller flower from the Justrite Lilac Blossoms Stamp Set onto Sky Blue Card using Clear Perfect Medium and embossed with CS Silver Shine Detail Embossing Powder. I cut it out using the smallest banner in the Justrite Stitched A2 Stitched Banners & Rectangles Die Set and I cut the larger banner out of Black Card.

I stamped 'Lilac Blossoms' onto Sky Blue Card, again using Clear Perfect Medium and embossed with Silver Shine Detail Powder. I cut it out using another die from the Banners & Rectangles Die Set.

I assembled the card as shown piercing around the edges using my Tim Holtz Ruler, Precision Probe and Piercing Mat.
