To Cheer You

Hi Bloggers.

Here's today's card -

This is my first ever buckle card. I had a watch of one of Sue Wilson's videos (here) to figure out how to do it!

I used Spellbinders Savoy Decorative Accents Die Set with Spellbinders Savoy Labels to cut out the centres from Lilac Card. I also using Spellbinders Savoy Decoratative Elements for the central buckle piece. I used Sue Wilson's Pieced Flags Die Set to link the pieces together with Spellbinders Astoria Labels.

The sentiment is from the Creative Expressions Petite Lavish Sentiments Stamp Set stamped using Blue Violet Archival. I cut it out using the middle sized die in the Savoy Decorative Accents Die Set.

For the background, I embossed a piece of Coconut White Card using the new Creative Expressions Butterfly Dreams Embossing Folder.

I assembled the card as shown adding some White Pearls and piercing around the edges using my Tim Holtz Ruler, Precision Probe and Piercing Mat.

Thanks for stopping by.
