Well, we all had a fabulous time at Ally Pally. It was fantastic to have Hochanda there broadcasting 6 live hours from the show. The show was busier than ever and had quite a few new exhibitors. Roll on September when we do it all again!

Here's a card that I made as a demo for Ally Pally -

The background is a piece of Coconut White Card embossed with the Creative Expressions Provencal Lace Embossing Folder.

I spritzed a piece of Watercolour Card with water. I sprinkled Peacock Green and Rich Gold CS Pixie Powder over and put aside to dry. Once dry I dusted it with my Anti Static Bag. I stamped the largest image from the Justrite Pinwheel Daisies Stamp Set using Clear Perfect Medium and embossed with CS Black Detail Embossing Powder. I coloured in using more Pixie Powders. I did this by tapping the nozzle of the powder on the side of a Mixing Palette and then using my Water Brush to make it into a paint. I used Lava Red, Mango Blaze and Teal Wash. I cut it out using Spellbinders Astoria Labels and used the next sized die in the set to cut a mat out of Black Card.

I stamped the sentiment from the Justrite Doodled Roses Stamp Set onto some more of my Pixie Powder Background using Clear Perfect Medium and embossed with Black Detail Powder. I cut it out using Spellbinders Savoy Labels. I cut a mat out of Black Card using Spellbinders Savoy Decorative Accents Die Set.

I tied a bow using 2 lengths of Black Satin Ribbon. I cut a Spellbinders Lacework Button Flowers Die out of my Pixie Powder Background. I cut the corresponding button die from the same die set out of Black Card and added it to my fancy die cut. I also added an 8mm White Pearl.

I assembled the card as shown adding a Small Black Circle Dazzler to each corner.
