Get Well Soon

Hi Bloggers.

Here's today's card -

I've used papers from the Craft Consortium Wild Rose 12 x 12 Paper Pad. I chose a paper with larger roses and cut a pair out using Spellbinders Labels Fifty.  I cut another Labels Fifty die out of another paper. I cut a Spellbinders Labels 50 Decorative Elements Die Set out of Bright White Card and inked through the die with Rose Blush Colour Cloud using a Smoothie.

I stamped the sentiment from John Lockwood's Pierced Tag Sentiments Stamp Set onto Bright White Card using Watering Can Archival. I cut it out using the banner die from the Spellbinders Floral Berry Accents and inked through the die with Rose Blush Colour Cloud.

I assembled the card as shown adding some 8mm White Pearls and piercing around the edges using my Tim Holtz Ruler, Precision Probe and Piercing Mat.

Phill Martin is continuing his One Day Special today with shows at 9am, 12noon, 4pm and 7pm. I'm offering 10% discount on items I have in stock from the shows. You can find them here. Offer valid till midnight tonight.

I believe that Leonie Pujol is featuring some Hot off the Press products on her Let Leonie Loose show on Hochanda today. I'm not sure what she has on there but I do have some lovely Hot off the Press Clear Stamp Sets in stock if anyone is interested. You can find them here.

Thanks for stopping by.

  36. Evening Julia. What a good idea to use the large rose motif from the paper as a central feature by cutting it out with a die. I've never thought to follow that. Lovely card. X
