Just For You

Hi Bloggers.

Here's today's card -

For the background, I simply cut the inner die from Sue Wilson's Ornate Octagons Striplet Die Set out of Coconut White Card 3 times in a row. I matted it onto a piece of Amethyst Card.

I stamped the Creative Expressions Stamps to Die For Alexandra's Tea Rose Corner onto Coconut White Card using Jet Black Archival. I coloured in using Wilted Violet and Peeled Paint Distress Markers. I applied ink direct from the pen to the shaded areas and then pulled the colour out using a Water Brush.

I cut the image out using the largest die in Sue's Alexandra Die Set and inked through the die with Wilted Violet Distress Ink using a Smoothie.

I stamped the sentiment from Phill Martin's Scribbled Frame Sentiments onto Coconut White Card using Jet Black Archival. I cut it out using another Alexandra die and again inked through the die with Wilted Violet Distress Ink.

I assembled the card as shown adding some 8mm White Pearls and piercing around the edges using my Tim Holtz Ruler, Precision Probe and Piercing Mat.

Thanks for stopping by.

Julia.
