Hi Bloggers.
Here's today's card -
I stamped Phill Martin's Christmas Holly Decorative Frame : Lattice onto Coconut White Card using Clear Perfect Medium and embossed with Phill's Cosmic Shimmer Frosty Sky Embossing Powder (due back in stock later this week). I stamped Phill's Christmas Holly Insert Frame : Season's Greetings in the same way. I cut both the frames our using Spellbinders 6 x 6 Matting Basics A Die Set. I went around the edges of the frames with Cosmic Shimmer Sparkle Star Twinkles and put aside to dry.
The butterflies are from Wild Rose Studio Dies - Little Frosted Butterfly and Frosted Butterfly. The bodies are separate dies. I have cut them both out of Coconut White Card. On the butterflies, I have added Clear Perfect Medium, Frosty Sky Embossing Powder and heat set, then repeated the process. For the bodies, I have added some Sparkle Star Twinkles.
I assembled the card as shown piercing around the edges using my Tim Holtz Ruler, Precision Probe and Piercing Mat.
A very simple, quick card - you just need to be patient while the Twinkles dry!
Don't forget to check back later to see if you have won the last Friday's Freebie Card.
Oh, one last thing - John Lockwood has more MDF shows on Hochanda starting at 8pm today with a One Day Special which continues with more shows tomorrow.
Thanks for stopping by.

ReplyDeleteHello Julia.
ReplyDeleteSuch a pretty delicate card. White on white is always a winner for me. Great stamps and dies. Thanks for sharing.
Best wishes.
I like the stamps and the resultant background and tag. Would love to see this for real as I suspect that the photo does not show the beauty of the embossing powder colour to its full. Yet another colour to add to my stash I suspect.
