Hi Bloggers.
Well, I didn't get much done yesterday! My pace was slow to say the least! Thank you to everyone who ordered from my website over the bank holiday weekend. They're all parcelled up and will be in the post today.
Here's today's card -
This is made using the Spellbinders Triple Flip Card Die. I've made lots of everyday cards with this die but this is the first one made as a Christmas Card.
So, the die does all the work, cutting on 3 sides on the inner 2 sections and scoring on the 4th side of those layers. I used Coconut White Card.
I've stamped using Olive Archival and John Lockwood's Holly Wreath Stamp Set. I added some Phill Martin Vintage Berry PVA.
I matted the card onto Brunswick Green Card.
I stamped another sentiment from John Lockwood's Poinsettia Elements Stamp Set using Olive Archival and cut it out using Spellbinders 6 x 6 Matting Basics A. I popped it below the central flip section.
Easy peasy!
I assembled the card as shown piercing around the edges using my Tim Holtz Ruler, Precision Probe and Piercing Mat.
Thanks for stopping by.
Julia.

Hello Julia.
ReplyDeleteI have seen you use this die before and I really like the way you have used the stamps. Which made me think that this would be a great style to use Phill's Montage stamps. Thanks for the idea.
