For You

Hi Bloggers.

Well I got distracted yesterday and didn't finish tidying my Craft Room - I'm sure I'm not the only one that does that! Pleased to report that my little car flew through its MOT and it wasn't too expensive either!

Here's today's card made from some demo bits -

I made a frame out of Coconut White Card using Spellbinders 6 x 6 Matting Basics A and inked throught the dies with Phill Martin Cosmic Shimmer Frosty Heather Colour Cloud Blending Ink using a Smoothie. I then popped one of the elements from Sam Poole's Christmas Corner Mask into each corner and dabbed the ink through the little stars.

For the background, I used a paper from Phill Martin's Graceful Butterflies & Dragonflies 8 x 8 Paper Pad. I dabbed some Frosty Heather Colour Cloud Ink through the Native Mask using a Smoothie.

I cut the Spellbinders Contemporary Squares Die Set out of Coconut White Card and inked through the die with Frosty Heather Colour Cloud. I stamped the sentiment from the Creative Expressions Amazing Sentiments Stamp Set using Clear Perfect Medium and embossed with Cosmic Shimmer Silver Shine Detail Embossing Powder. I cut it out using the little die in the Contemporary Squares Die Set and inked through the die with Frosty Heather Colour Cloud.

I made a flower out if Coconut White Card using Spellbinders Flower Play Die Set, inking the petals with Frosty Heather before shaping the flower. I added Cosmic Shimmer Dries Clear Glue and some Iced Snow Glitter Jewels. I cut a couple of leaves out of Coconut White Card using Spellbinders Romantic Vines Die Set.

    Lovely card I haven't seen this Spellbinder die I'm intrigued by what you can do with it. Very well put together. Thank you for sharing.

    Morning Julia, So glad your little car got through it's ordeal with flying colours, it will be a happy bunny now.
    A gorgeous card and a great compilation.
    I had to laugh at you being distracted from finishing tidying your craft room !! I was supposedly taking off the wallpaper above dado rail yesterday, I managed one part of a wall with the steamer, phone rang and that was that lol, cleared up and left it for another day !!!! it was so hard to get off that any distraction was enough to make me stop and leave it hahaha.

    Lovely card and great colour. I was looking at the Christmas Corner Mask at the weekend, I think seeing it used has made up my mind, I will have to buy it. Again a lovely floral element. Thanks for sharing.

    Hi Julia, gorgeous card x I love lilac and the Contemporary squares by spellbinders is stunning! I've not heard of them before...looks like something else has happened while I was asleep! Lol!
