Sorry, I didn't manage to get much of the post out yesterday. I spend the whole day picking and packing and they're all now ready to hit the post office on Monday.

Here's today's card -

For the background, I dusted a piece of Black Card with an Anti Static Bag. I inked up the Spellbinders Deco Chevron Texture Plate with Clear Perfect Medium and ran it through the Spellbinders Platinum Machine with my dusted card using the emboss sandwich. I dusted the inked design on my card with Red Metal Mica Powder from the Cosmic Shimmer Precious Sparkle Mica Pigment Set. I removed the excess using a dry wet wipe.

I stamped the sentiment from the Creative Expressions Petite Lavish Sentiments Stamp Set onto Rich Red Card using Jet Black Archival. I cut it out using the smallest die in the Spellbinders Fairmont Decorative Elements Die Set. I cut the corresponding sized die from the Fairmont Labels Die Set out of Black Card. I then cut the middle die in the Fairmont Decorative Elements Die Set out of Rich Red Card.

I matted my background onto a piece of Rich Red Card and wrapped a piece of Scarlet Satin Ribbon around it. I tied a bow using 2 lengths of the ribbonand added a Craft Consortium Large Circle Diamante.

I assembled the card as shown piercing around the edges using my Tim Holtz Ruler, Precision Probe and Piercing Mat.
