Tuesday Sneak Peek

Hi Bloggers.

Another Spellbinders Sneak Peek today from the coming Hochanda Takeover Weekend - I'll try and get some pics taken of some Justrite Samples today.

Really easy to construct this one. I started by cutting the largest die in the Spellbinders Exquisite Labels 11 Die Set out of Black Card. I matted it onto a piece of Coconut White Card.

I cut the largest die in the Spellbinders Floral Burst Die Set out of a Foundations Paper. I folded and tucked and added a Small Black Circle Dazzler.

I stamped the sentiment from the CE Tatty's Text Stamp Set onto Coconut White Card using Jet Black Archival. I cut it out using a die from the Spellbinders Victorian Tags Die Set. I cut the corresponding larger die in the same set out of the Foundations Paper.

I assembled the card as shown adding some 5mm Black Pearls and piercing around the edges using my Tim Holtz Ruler, Precision Probe and Piercing Mat.

Thanks for stopping by.

  20. Hi Julia,

Very, very striking... a brilliant example of a backing paper becoming the foreground feature. Those colours look amazing together too. Really looking forward to the "take over"! Have not been up to commenting but have enjoyed all the posts recently.
