Hang in there!

Hi Bloggers.

Here's today's card -

For the background, I ran a piece of Coconut White Card through the Spellbinders Platinum Machine with the Spellbinders Venetian M-Bossabilities Folder. I ran it through a second time to extend the design.

I cut some squares out of Coconut White Card and Black Card using Sue Wilson's Double Pieerced Squares and Double Pierced Squares Set B. I cut a Spellbinders Roundabout Cut, Fold & Tuck Die out of Foundations Paper twice and folded and tucked as shown.

I cut the smallest die in the Spellbinders Victorian Medallion Two Die Set out of the same paper.

I stamped the sentiment from the CE Tatty's Text Stamp Set onto Coconut White Card using Cobalt Archival and cut it out using a Spellbinders Victorian Tags Die. I cut the corresponding larger die out of Black Card.

I assembled the card as shown adding some 8mm Black Pearls and piercing around the edges using my Tim Holtz Ruler, Precision Probe and Piercing Mat.

I've completed loading the January release of Sue Wilson Dies to my website including new Stamps to Die For. You can find them here. 10% discount till midnight Friday 29th January. Stock due in tomorrow.

Thanks for stopping by.

  3. Hi Julia,
You never cease to amaze me with your ideas. I used my vintage stamp yesterday with guilding flakes. One came out great but the other one not so good - back to practice my 3 second rule!

  20. Sorry Julia - Credit card went into meltdown during the takeover weekend and the John Lockwood one day special. So no more purchases to be made at the moment - unless I win the lottery. I saw some of these new stamps and dies on another website a couple of hours ago and did wonder why I had never seen them before, thought they were trying to pull a fast one. Now I have seen them in your shop, I now know they were genuine.
