Here's today's card - actually the first one I've made this year as, thankfully I made all of the ones you've seen up till now before Christmas.

The background is Coconut White Card run through the Spellbinders Platinum Machine with the Spellbinders Elegance M-Bossabilities Folder. I ran it through a second time to extend the design and inked around the edges with Wilted Violet Distress Ink using a Smoothie.

The topper is a Spellbinders Carnival Drean Cut Fold & Tuck cut from Phill Martin's Decadent Damask Paper Pad with a 5mm White Pearl in the centre. This was added to a piece of Coconut White Card cut using Spellbinders Curved Squares and inked through the die with Wilted Violet Distress Ink. Finally, there's a Spellbinders Lace Doily Motif cut from the plain side of one of Phill's papers.

I stamped the sentiment from the Creative Expressions Fabulous Sentiments Stamp Set using Plum Archival. I cut it out using Spellbinders Victorian Tags Two and inked through the die with Wilted Violet. I cut the corresponding larger die out of the plain side of one of Phill's papers.

I made a flower out of the patterned side of Phill's paper - I cut 3 of the largest but one size in the Spellbinders Cinch and Go Flowers Die Set and following this method. I cut a couple of flourishes out of the plain side of the paper using the same die set.

I assembled the card as shown adding some 8mm White Pearls and piercing around the edges using my Tim Holtz Ruler, Precision Probe and Piercing Mat.
