I'm heading up North again this afternoon - this time I'm headed to Middlesborough for a demo day at Strikes Garden Centre, Stokesly.

Here's today's card which was mostly made at my demo last Saturday at Lady Green Garden Centre -

I started by by spreading some Phill Martin Cosmic Shimmer Decadent Teal Sparkle Texture Paste through the Criss Cross Mask onto Milk Card and put aside to dry.

I made a card blank from Milk Card using a Spellbinders 6 x 6 Matting Basics Die by hanging one of the cutting edges outside of the fold of the card. I made a frame using another couple of 6 x 6 Matting Basics Dies - I embossed first, including the Wavy Mask, and then cut. I rubbed Phill Martin Decadent Teal Gilding Wax over the embossed design.

I cut the largest die from the Spellbinders Floral Assortment Die Set out of Aqua Card and inked through the die with Peacock Feathers Distress Ink using a Smoothie. I cut the centre out using a 6 x 6 Matting Basics Die.

I stamped the sentiment from John Lockwood's Daisy Chain Elements Clear Stamp Set onto Milk Card using Perfect Medium and embossed with Phill Martin Cosmic Shimmer Decadent Teal Embossing Powder. I cut it out using the smallest die in the Floral Assortment Die Set and inked through the die with Peacock Feathers Distress Ink using a Smoothie.

I made a flower out of Milk Card using Spellbinders Flower Play Die Set, inking around the petals first with Peacock Feathers, following Sue Wilson's tutorial here and here. I added some Cosmic Shimmer Dries Clear Glue and some Cosmic Shimmer Iced Snow Glitter Jewels.

I cut a couple of leaves out of Milk Card using Spellbinders Romantic Vines Die Set.

I assembled the card as shown adding some 8mm Cream Pearls to the corners.
