Just a Note and a Giveaway

Hi Bloggers.

As many of you may know, today is my birthday and my dear friend, Sue Wilson celebrates her birthday on Thursday. Today's giveaway is the Carina Die Set featured in today's card -

For the background, I cut the decorative die and an outer edge die from the Carina Die Set on 2 sides of a piece of Coconut White Card. I matted this onto a piece of Peach Card.

I embossed a piece of Coconut White Card using the Creative Expressions Wild Roses Embossing Folder. I matted this onto a piece of Peach Card.

I cut a plain die from Sue's Lisbon Die Set out of Peach Card. I then cut the same die and the next size decorative die from the same set out of Coconut White Card and glued them together using Cosmic Shimmer Dries Clear Glue. I cut Sue's Just a Note Die out of Peach Card.

I made a flower out of Peach Card using Sue's Camellia Complete Petals Die Set following Sue's tutorial here and here. I added Cosmic Shimmer Dries Clear Glue and Cosmic Shimmer Iced Snow Glitter Jewels. I tied a bow using 2 lengths of Off White Satin Ribbon and cut a couple of leaves out of Coconut White Card using Sue's Delicate Fronds Die Set.

I assembled the card as shown adding some 5mm White Pearls and piercing around the edges.
