Just before I share today's card, I just wanted to let you know that I have re-ordered the stamps that have sold out from Sunday's shows. Hopefully, they will be here in a couple of days. I've also re-ordered the Dazzler Settings.
Don't forget that there's only a couple of days left to grab yourself a bargain in the sales items in my Amazon Store. For full details, please see this post.
Here's today's card -
I stamped the Heart & Roses Stamp using Perfect Medium and added Arctic Lake Lustre Powder. I added the sentiment from the Justrite Grateful Hearts Clear Stamp Set and heat set the lot. I cut out using Spellbinders decorative Labels 22 and inked through the die with Faded Jeans Distress Ink.
White 8mm Pearl to each corner and some dots of Cosmic Shimmer Crystal Sparkle Pearl PVA around the edges.
Thanks for stopping by.
Morning Julia, this card is really beautiful, love the blue and white colour combo. Makes a nice difference for a valentines card, rather than the traditional red. BxReplyDelete
Thank you once again you are the Queen of backgrounds, love every thing about this card. Take care Kitty.

Morning Julia, A truly gorgeous card, lovely and fresh colours, I am loving the mask and embossing powder background, what a fabulous effect that gives, thank you for the sandwich process for that technique. I really need to try that technique along with the faux letterpress technique, as I love the effect they give.ReplyDelete
Have a lovely day.
Lots of love from Patricia xx
Hi Julia very pretty card, lovely background, you're getting famous for. Thanks for covering sandwich techniques, I really love the leaves think they need to go on my wish list as they would be so useful for lots of projects xReplyDelete
Hi Julia, What a stunning Card I really Love the Beautiful Stamp, and The Fantastic Background, also The Beautiful Flower, do you ever run out of ideas, I sit here for ages thinking right where do I start!!!ReplyDelete

Great colours lovely card xx hazelReplyDelete
Another fabulous card and background. I love the background and wish I could get the hang of it. Please please please do a demo using this technique as I have only ended up with a mess. I tried this technique using the snowflake mask and seemed to get a shadow. the flower is also beautiful. or, maybe you already have done a demo of this on Sunday. I skipped though a bit of Sunday's show, but apart from Dawn Bibby talking over you and not allowing you to get a word in edge ways, I couldn't see any reason not to watch the 5.00 show. I just skipped her bits and went to the main feature(which was you Julia).
Morning Julia - I love this card and I think the stamped image is perfect. Thanks Helen xxReplyDelete
