Sneak Peek

Hi Bloggers.

I have a sneak peek from Sunday's shows today. The theme is love with Valentine's Day just around the corner. Lots of the stamps on the show can also be used for Anniveraries, Weddings, Mothers Day and Birthdays.

This is a really easy card to construct. With some pretty dies and a gorgeous stamp your job is done.

The background is a piece of Milk Card run through the Grand Calibur with the Couture Creations Exotic Embossing Folder. I ran it through a second time to extend the design.

I stamped the bike from the Creative Expressions Loves Beautiful Ride using Jet Black Archival and embossed with Cosmic Shimmer Clear Embossing Powder. I cut it out using Spellbinders 5 x 7 Elegant Labels 4. I cut a Spellbinders Branching Out Die out of Black Card.

 
I tied a bow using Black/Ivory Striped Grosgrain. I added a Dazzler Setting and a Black Dazzler.

I assembled the card as shown adding some Black Pearls in the corners and some dots of Cosmic Shimmer Pearlescent PVA in Black Pearl around the edges.

    WOW.
    Beautifully stricking in a plain way, just two colours that are born for each other. I did think about ordering this stamp last week but one way or another I have bought so many little treats over the past two weeks I decided I shouldn't now I really wish I had ! Never mind, I'll get it ready for the summer weddings.
    Along with some of your other two tone 'understated' cards this one has to be one of my favourites as I dont do multiple colours and backgrounds (which I appreciate so many of you love)
    Will have to record Sunday show/s as its another market day and the only one before Valentines which is why I debated if I should or shouldn't and whether Id get it in time if Id 'treated' myself again !

    I really love this Stamp in fact it's probably my favourite of the new ones, I Love all the embellishments used, is the Dazzler Setting New! I've got the Dazzlers but it looks Awesome in the Setting, thanks for sharing Julia, hugs from Sam x

    Gorgeous card Great to see "hearts" in a different way & not pink too! I like that you've used the branching out die with it too I haven't got the die but when I saw it on tele I could only see "flowers" Although I'm a Watts my brain isn't as clever as yours

    A striking card in black and white card. The bicycle is fabulous, I have one similar but without the heart wheels that I could used. Love the dies as well. this stamp will look good on the detailed scallops die if I ever manage to find mine. Mine went walk about and can't be found.

    Lovely card again today! I love the quirky bike - it made me smile! Also like the dazzler settings . Saw they were available but really lovely to see what they really look like. Also these ribbons do tie so beautifully and do not slide! Thanks for the sneaky peak! Will watch when I can but will record! Grandchildren and family on Sunday!
