Marine Sea meets Milk Card

Here's today's card -

This card uses Milk Card. For the background, I simply ran a piece of Milk Card through the Grand Calibur with the Couture Creations Petal Pleasures Embossing Folder. I ran it through a second time to extend the design and edged with Cloudy Blue Adirondack Dye Ink using Cut n Dry Foam. I wrapped a piece of Cream Silky Crush Ribbon around the centre and secured at the back of the card.

I stamped the Zentangled Heart twice using Perfect Medium and embossed with Cosmic Shimmer Marine Sea Lustre Embossing Powder. If you have purchased any of the Lustre Powders recently, try them on different coloured card, not just black & white. Marine Sea looks different on Milk card than it does on White Card - cool, eh? I cut the hearts out using scissors. I cut the largest of the Spellbinders Fancy Postage Edge dies and inked through the die with Cloudy Blue. I cut some Cream Silky Crush into thirds lengthways and threaded it through the holes in the die cut.

I stamped the sentiment from the Heartfelt Creations Classic Message Pre Cut Set using Perfect Medium and embossed with Marine Sea Lustre. I cut it out using Spellbinders Labels 9 and inked through the die with Cloudy Blue.

I tied a bow using 2 lengths of Cream Silky Crush Ribbon and added a Fancy Pearl Embellishment.

I assembled the card as shown adding some dots of Cosmic Shimmer Pearlescent PVA in White around the edges.
