Show on Create & Craft Today

Hi Bloggers.

I have a single hour on Create & Craft today at 10am with Martyn - hope you can join me.

I've added all the sample cards that I've made for the show onto Facebook here. I've also added a new Gallery page to this blog (access via the top menu) where I've added photos of the samples from the show too. I will be sharing full details of all of the samples here on the main page of the blog over the next couple of weeks.

John Lockwood has also made a bunch of samples for the show so a big thank you to him. He's already shown some of his samples on his own blog - see the link to his blog in the right hand sidebar of this blog.

Here's today's card -

For the background, I ran a piece of Coconut White Card through the Grand Calibur with the Creative Expressions Eternity Embossing Folder. I rubbed Pearl Moon Gilding Wax over the surface. I left it to dry for a a few minutes. Once dry, I buffed it up using a dry wet wipe.

I cut 4 borders out of Coconut White Card using Couture Creations Vintage Border Die. I also cut a Couture Creations Bold Bouquet. I added Perfect Medium to them all and dusted with Cosmic Shimmer Silver Mica Powder.

I cut a Spellbinders Triple Tear Die out of Coconut White Card.

I stamped the sentiment from the Creative Expressions Classic Romance Wedding Stationery Stamp Set using Perfect Medium and embossed with Cosmic Shimmer Silver Shine Detail Embossing Powder. I cut it out using a Justrite Vintage Labels 4 Die.

I assembled the card as shown adding some dots of Cosmic Shimmer Cosmic Pearl PVA in the corners.
