Hi Bloggers.
An easy peasy card today as long as you're patient!
The background is some Warm Gold Sparkle Texture Paste through the Lattice Mask. Once dry, I inked around the edges with Scattered Straw Distress Ink.
I stamped the frame from the
Mini Scrollwork Frames Set onto Coconut White Card using Perfect Medium and added Cosmic Shimmer Gold Detail Embossing Powder. I stamped the sentiment from the All Occasions Stamp Set using Perfect Medium, added Gold Detail Powder and embossed the lot. I cut it out using Spellbinders Classic Squares Small and inked through the die with Scattered Straw. I cut a Spellbinders Captivating Squares Die out of Custard Card, inked through the die with Scattered Straw and then rubbed Enchanted Gold Gilding Wax over the surface.
I cut a couple of leaves out of Custard Card using Sue's Curled Vines Die Set and rubbed Enchanted Gold Giding Wax over the surface. I made a couple of flowers out of White Crochet Ribbon.
I assembled the card as shown adding a White Pearl to each corner and some dots of Cosmic Shimmer Cosmic Pearl PVA around the edges.
Thanks for stopping by.
Julia.

Glitter paste through a stencil means you don't have to do much more to a card to get something nice - it is waiting for it to dry is the problem!
ReplyDeleteHi Julia, A beautiful card, at first glance I thought it was glitter card showing through a die-cut background card, this texture paste is truly stunning, I love it !!
ReplyDeleteI got my gilding wax out yesterday and it had dried up, is there any way of 'softening' it ?
Lots of love from Patricia xx
