Hi Bloggers.
Here's today's card -
For the panels, I scribbled some Ivory, Pastel Blue and Pastel Lilac Cosmic Shimmer onto some Coconut White Card (great technique from Sue Wilson) and put aside to dry for a few hours. Once dry, I cut it into 3 pieces and matted them onto Sky Blue Card.
For the background, I simply ran a piece of Coconut White Card through the Grand Calibur with the Creative Expressions Heart Lattice Embossing Folder.
I stamped the sentiment from the Justrite Celebrations Sentiments onto Sky Blue Card using Perfect Medium and embossed with Cosmic Shimmer Silver Shine Detail Embossing Powder. I cut it out using Spellbinders A2 Matting Basics B.
I stamped one of the Mini Ornate Frames onto Coconut White Card using Perfect Medium and embossed with Silver Shine Detail Powder. I cut it out using Spellbinders A2 Matting Basics B.
I cut a Spellbinders Polka Dots Die out of Sky Blue Card.
I made a flower out of White Crochet Ribbon and cut a couple of leaves out of Sky Blue Card using Sue Wilson's Petite Vinery Die Set.
I assembled the card as shown adding an 8mm Pearl to each corner and some dots of Cosmic Shimmer Pastel Blue PVA around the edges.
Thanks for stopping by.
Julia.
