Hi Bloggers.
Here's today's card -
For the background I stamped Phill Martin's Vintage Sheet Music Stamp a few times 'properly' onto Coconut White Card using Stonewashed Adirondack Dye Ink.I made sure the ink was dry and then ran it through the Grand Calibur with the Rows of Bows PinPoint Embossing Folder and inked around the edges with Stonewashed Ink. I rubbed Pearl Moon Gilding Wax all over the embossed surface. I left it dry for a few minutes and buffed it up using a dry wet wipe. I added Sparkle Star Cosmic Shimmer Twinkles around the edges and put aside to dry.
I stamped the Quick Step Stamp using Perfect Medium and embossed with Cosmic Shimmer Steel Blue Aurora Embossing Powder. I cut it out using Spellbinders Labels 8 and inked through the die with Stonewashed ink. I added Sparkle Star Cosmic Shimmer Twinkles around the edges and put aside to dry. I cut out a Spellbinders Fancy Postage Edge Die out of Sky Blue Card.
I stamped the sentiment from the Step by Step Stamp Set using Perfect Medium and embossed with Steel Blue Aurora. I cut it out using Sue's Valencia Die Set and inked through the die with Stonewashed Ink.
I painted a Small Fancy Pearl Embellishment with the Sparkle Star Twinkles and put aside to dry. I cut a couple of leaves out using Sue's Faux Quilled Leaves. I made a flower simply by folding some pieces of Sheer Iridescent Ribbon and sticking them together with some Glue Dots and added a piece of Silver Tulle.
I assembled the card as shown adding some Small Circle Dazzlers to the corners and some dots of Cosmic Shimmer Cosmic Pearl PVA around the edges.
Just a reminder that Phill Martin is on Create & Craft today at 10am and 4pm with some lovely Christmas goodies.
Thanks for stopping by.
Julia.

Great card I like the sentiment but in my world (Salsa,Bachata, Kizomba, Cha Cha Cha) I'd need one without the word "ballroom" because all dancing is addictive!
ReplyDeleteMorning Julia,
