Hi Bloggers.
I had lots of bits and pieces left over from my demos at MSA Crafts last Saturday. Rather than put them in a box, I thought I'd put them together on a card as they were too pretty not to use.
For the background, I simply ran a piece of Coconut White Card through the Grand Calibur with Sue's Quilted Flower Embossing Folder. I inked around the edges with Victorian Velvet Distress Ink.
I stamped the sentiment from the Creative Expressions Gratitudes Stamp Set using Perfect Medium and embossed with Cosmic Shimmer Silver Shine Detail Embossing Powder. I cut it out using a Decorative Frame die from Sue's Italian Collection and inked through the die with Victorian Velvet.
I cut the largest of the Umbria dies, again from the Italian Collection, and inked through the die with Victorian Velvet. I cut the middle size Umbria die together with the largest die from the Italian Decorative Frames die set, again inking through the dies with Victorian Velvet.
I made a scrunched flower using Spellbinders Labels 24. I inked the tips of the petals with Victorian Velvet. I cut a couple of leaf sprays using Sue's Faux Quilled Leaves die set.
I assembled the card as shown adding a White 8mm Pearl in each corner and piercing around the edges using my Tim Holtz Ruler.
Thanks for stopping by.
Julia.
