Hi Bloggers.
Here's today's card -
For the background, I spritzed a piece of Watercolour Card with Bronze Blush and Golden Mint CS Pixie Powders and put aside to dry.
Once dry, I stamped the Justrite Text Background using Sepia Archival.
I popped some CS Flake & Glitter Glue onto a piece of Wax Paper. I picked it up onto a piece of Cut n Dry Foam and used it to ink up one of the stamps from the Justrite Floral Silhouettes One Stamp Set. I stamped it onto my background
leaving the stamp on the card no more than 3 seconds so as not to tear
the card. I cleaned my stamp under a cold tap. I repeated the process with another stamp from the set. I added CS Harvest Moon Gilding Flakes. I removed the excess using a piece of Rubit Scrubit.
I stamped some more flowers using Jet Black Archival and also some butterflies from the same set.
I stamped the sentiment from the Justrite Meadow Circles Stamp Set using Jet Black Archival onto a spare piece of card coloured with the same Pixie Powders as before. I cut it out using a die from the Justrite Four in a Square Die Set and cut a mat out of Black Card using a die from Sue Wilson's Melbourne Die Set.
I assembled the card as shown piercing around the edges using my Tim Holtz Ruler, Precision Probe and Piercing Mat.
Thanks for stopping by.
Julia.
