Happy Christmas

Hi Bloggers.

I have a Christmas Card for you today -

This is an actual proper card - I seem to be making quite a few of those at the moment. This one is A5 in size so easy to fit in an envelope (go me!). Another that's easy and great for batch making too.

My card blank is A4 sheet of Coconut White Card folded in half. I've used a paper from Lisa Horton's 8 x 8 Paper Pad (lovely!) and I've matted it onto Antique Gold Pearl Card.

I stamped the image from the Woodware Christmas Bells Stamp Set using Clear Perfect Medium and embossed with CS Gold Detail Embossing Powder. I added a little Scarlet Mist and Lava Red Pixie Powders into separate wells in a Mixing Palette. I added a little water from my Water Brush to make them into paint and coloured in my image as shown. I made sure that the paint was dry and then trimmed the image down and matted onto Antique Gold Pearl Card.

I cut Sue Wilson's Contemporary Happy Christmas Die Out of Coconut White Card.

 All done!

    Good morning Julia,
    What a lovely card Julia and just what we all need for going out at Christmas. I have just got Phills paper pad and insert pad so i know what i will be doing shortly. Maybe this year i will strike the right balance between sending out a flatty that i don't like as it seems awful as if ihad bought it in the pound shop and the 43d diamensonal skyscrapers that i forget have to be put in the post, oops.
