Happy Anniversary

Hi Bloggers.

Had a lovely day at Creative Expressions HQ yesterday. 2 workshops with some lovely ladies. One lady travelled from Blackpool! More workshops coming soon.

A simple white & silver card today -


For the background, I ran a piece of Coconut White Card through the Grand Calibur with the Spellbinders Butterfly Garden Impressabilities.

I stamped the Congratulations Stamp using Perfect Medium and embossed with Cosmic Shimmer Silver Shine Detail Powder.

I cut out just the image panel using scissors. I cut a Spellbinders Pearl Effects and a Spellbinders Diamond Effects out of White Card.

I stamped the sentiment from the Creative Expressions Celebration Stamp Set, again using Perfect Medium and embossed with Silver Shine Detail Powder. I cut it out using Spellbinders Nobel Rectangles.

I tied a bow using White Crochet Ribbon, added some White Pearl String and added a White Crystal Sparkler.

I assembled the card as shown adding a White 8mm Pearl to each corner and pierced around the edges using my Tim Holtz Ruler.

    WOW I think you made this for me!!! It's beautiful - it's also my 33rd wedding anniversary!!!! I would love someone to make and send me a card like this....

    Good morning Julia this card is gorgeous. The congratulations stamp is so versatile. I saw the picture from your workshop on Facebook everyone looked so happy and what they had made was gorgeous.     Lovely card If I need to do a card with a "metallic" look I always plump for silver Much more classy than "gold" in my opinion But then I prefer silver (white gold!) jewellry
