Here's a pic of the beading that I did on my last beady break - it's a long process especially when I don't get to go to my monthly beading session. I can't go next week as I'll be at Hochanda do a One Day Special.

On this one, I still have to do another length of chain on left, attach the chatons together in pairs, add them to the chain and then do another length of chain to each side, make a toggle and attach the ring and toggle to the chain. Should be finished by next Christmas!

Thanks for stopping by.

Julia.

  1. Good Morning Julia

I like the card and the sentiment. Great for all those farmers out there. As for the beading I think you must have the patience of a saint. So many tiny beads but exquisite. Hopefully we will see you showing it off on one of your shows perhaps?

Have a great day. I am looking forward to your One Day Special. :)

  13. Good Morning Julia. Another good man card. We really are being spoiled for mens cards this last couple of months. And this is a good thing. I know I struggle sometimes but thanks to all you design teams and brilliant blog pages this subject is certainly getting much better. Thankyou so much for all your good work. Kind regards Ann Toppcards Leeds

  15. Hello Julia, our grandson is a tractor fanatic and this card has inspired me to make him one ( I will look at the original post for the detailed information). The beading looks fantastic and I agree that it takes a long time to complete especially as you are so busy. I look forward to seeing you wear it on the TV.

  23. Hi Julia, I had to chuckle at your write-up about your beading, which looks stunning by the way, it is very detailed and looks really labour-intensive, I hope you finish it soon (or before next Christmas at least haha).
