Saturday Sneak Peek

Hi Bloggers.

Another Sneak Peek for you today from tomorrow night's One Day Special on Hochanda. Another two-fer but I have different stamps on each card today or I won't get through all the stamps by Monday!

Here's your first card -

I love the simplicity of this card - sometimes less is more. For the background, I spritzed a piece of Coconut White Card with water, sprinkled Emerald Green CS Pixie Powder over and put aside to dry. Once dry, I dusted with an Anti-Static Bag. I stamped the sentiment from the Woodware Blooming Heart Stamp Set in the top left hand corner using Clear Perfect Medium and added CS Black Detail Embossing Powder. I then stamped one of the images from the Woodware Small Fennel Stamp Set 3 times, again using Clear Perfect Medium, added Black Detail Powder and heat set the lot. I matted onto Black Card and a popped onto a Coconut White Card blank. Job done!

Here's your second card -

For the background, I started by dusting a piece of Coconut White Card with an Anti-Static Bag. I stamped the Woodware Memories Stamp using Clear Perfect Medium and embossed with CS True White Detail Embossing Powder. I added CS Chic Aubergine Colour Cloud to the kind of location stamped sections using a Smoothie, added Chic Magenta Colour Cloud around those and then finally Chic Pumpkin Colour Cloud around the edges. I spritzed some water into my hands and clapped over. I blotted off with a piece of kitchen towel. I edged with Chic Aubergine Colour Cloud and matted onto Black Card.

I wrapped some Black Jute Twine around it and added to a Coconut White Card blank.

I stamped the sentiment from the Woodware Hand Drawn Sentiments Stamp Set onto Coconut White Card using Clear Perfect Medium and embossed with CS True White Detail Embossing Powder. I coloured with the Colour Clouds and added water splats as before. I matted onto Black Card and added to my background using CE Mounting Cushion.

I completed my card by adding a 5mm Black Pearl to each corner.

    Julia these are another two stunning cards, i really love those colours.
