Hi Bloggers.
Another card with the gorgeous Merano Glass Perfume Bottle today.
For the background, I simply ran a pice of Milk Card through the Grand Calibur with the Spellbinders Garden Lattice M-Bossabilities Folder. I inked around the edges with Dusty Concord Distress Ink.
For the 3 panels, I stamped the Justrite Rose Garden Background using Dusty Concord.
I stamped the Merano Glass Perfume Bottle using Perfect Medium and embossed using Cosmic Shimmer Silver Shine Detail Embossing Powder. I cut it out using Spellbinders Floral Ovals and inked through the die with Dusty Concord.
I stamped the sentiment that comes with the image, again using Perfect Medium and embossed with Silver Detail Powder. I cut it out using Spellbinders Pearl Effects and inked through the die with Dusty Concord.
I made 2 ribbon flowers out of Purple/Ivory Striped Grosgrain following the method in Sue's Tutorial here. I cut some leaves using the Heartfelt Creations Classic Leaf Die Set.
I assembled the card as shown adding a Cream 8mm Pearl in 3 of the corners and some dots of Cosmic Shimmer Pastel Lilac PVA around the edges.
Thanks for stopping by.
Julia.

Hi Julia
ReplyDeleteI love the background stamps that creative expressions do. I'll have to try making them up into panels as the main feature of the stamps. The perfume bottle stamps are gorgeous. Julia. the background that you have done loos like the tied together embossing folder. You used the garden lattice yesterday, Am I going mad or are they different embossing folders?.
The Garden Lattice is a Spellbinders M-Bossabilities folder which is double sided i.e. 2 patterns both having a emboss and a deboss so 4 different looks. Julia.
