Here’s today’s card –

For the background, I embossed a piece of Coconut White Card using the Creative Expressions Eternal Ivy Embossing Folder.

For the leaves, I used a piece of Heat Emboss Acetate. I added CS Glue and spritzed with a little water. I then sprinkled CS Pixie Powders over - I used Burnt Orange, Straw Yellow and Emerald Green. I spritzed with a little more water and then sprinkled CS Aurora Sparkle Diamond Frost over. I scrunched up a piece of White Tissue Paper, opened it out and added it to my background. I pressed it into the glue using a piece of Kitchen Roll and put aside to dry (4 – 5 hours). Once dry, I cut some leaves using the complete leaf dies from Sue Wilson’s Autumn Leaf Trio Die Set. I cut the corresponding open leaf dies from the same set out of Black Card.

I cut some rectangles out of Coconut White and Black Card using Sue’s Double Pierced Rectangles and Double Pierced Rectangles Set B.

I stamped the sentiment from Phill Martin’s ButterflyElegance Stamp Set onto Coconut White Card using Jet Black Archival. I cut it out using Sue’s Pierced Flag Die Set and cut the next sized die in the set out of Black Card.

 I added a couple of leaves to one end of the flag.

I assembled the card as shown adding a Small Black CircleDazzler to each corner and piercing around the edges using my Tim Holtz Ruler, Precision Probe and Piercing Mat.
