Hope you enjoyed the One Day Special shows. I'm now prepping for another one on December 22nd! Absolutely no time for any Christmas shopping this year!
Here's today's card -
For the background, I used a piece of Heat Emboss Acetate. I added CS Glue, spritzed it with a little water to loosen it up and then used my finger to spread it all over the acetate. I sprinkled CS Teal Wash and Purple Violet Pixie Powders over then misted with a little more water. I sprinkled CS Frosty Dawn Diamond Frost over. I scrunched up a piece of White Tissue Paper, opened it out and added it to my background. I patted it down using a piece of Kitchen Roll and put it aside to dry (4 - 5 hours depending on temperature).
Meanwhile, I cut the inner die only from Sue Wilson's Jubilee Petite Striplet into a piece of Coconut White Card 5 times. I glued it to my background once it was dry.
I misted a piece of Watercolour Card with water and sprinkled over the same 2 Pixie Powders that I used for my acetate background (Teal Wash and Purple Violet). I put aside to dry.
I stamped the sentiment from the Justrite For All You Do Vintage Labels Three Stamp Set using Clear Perfect Medium and embossed with CS Silver Shine Detail Embossing Powder. I cut it out using die #1 from Sue's St. Lucia Die Set. I cut dies #2 and #3 together out of Coconut White Card. I cut die #4 out of my Watercolour Card Pixie background.
I cut the 2 largest complete flowers from Sue's Striped Nastutium Die Set out of my Watercolour Card Pixie Background twice. I cut the corresponding open flowers from the same die set out of Coconut White Card twice. I made my flowers and added a Small Circle Dazzler to the centres. I cut a couple of leaves from Sue's Trailing Ivy Die Set out of Coconut White Card.
A couple of Coconut White Card mats and some more Small Circle Dazzlers on the corners of my frame completed my card.
Thanks for stopping by.
