Sending you Roses

Hi Bloggers.

Here's today's blog card - made from just Coconut White Card, Spellbinders Triple Floral Die Set and a little Phill Martin! Oh, and a dash of John Lockwood!

The sentiment is from John Lockwood's Scribble Rose Stamp Set which I stamped using Perfect Medium and embossed with Phill Martin's Cosmic Shimmer Decadent Bamboo Embossing Powder. I cut it out using the smallest die in the Spellbinders Triple Floral Die Set. I rubbed a little Decadent Bamboo Gilding Wax around the edges.

For the next 2 layers, I cut the floral dies from the same die set out of Coconut White Card and at the emboss stage I added the next sized down dies to create the faux pierced look. I added more Decadent Bamboo to the die cuts and a few 5mm White Pearls.

I cut the largest die in the Spellbinders 6 x 6 Matting Basics A Die Set (oops! another die set snuck in there!) out of Coconut White Card and added an 8mm White Pearl to each corner.

Just a few mats and job done. So easy to change the colour with different Gilding Waxes.

Thanks for stopping by.

Julia.
