  5. Morning Julia, A lovely card, especially the background you have created.
It must be really frustrating for you when C&C keep swapping your hours etc, not to mention the sample making and prepping, my heart goes out to you. Try to have some 'me' time for relaxation, if you can.
Lots of love from Patricia xx

  9. Morning Julia and all Watsonettes. Oh Julia, I cant even begin how frustrated you must be when CC change things around, they obviously dont appreciate how much is entailed for you to give us the BEST show of the day ! Im looking forward to sitting down and taking in all you show us (and sky+ so I can watch all over again) hope you are with a nice presenter Julia, as there are occassions I record so I can fast forward just to watch your demo and not have to listen to the presenter - maybe I shouldnt say that, but I dare say Im NOT alone : ) your demo's are too good to miss and have so many of your's and Sue's shows stored for future reference as my stash grows I can find the relevant program.
I think I should apply to be your home cleaner and during a quick coffee break you could give me tuition and let me play with your toy's as Im an ex Brummie too.
I must stop babbling on now as Im annoying myself let alone the other Wattsonettes !
    Take care all.

  12. Hi Julia. Lovely card. The glitter really pops and as usual you have made a great bow. I hope the shows, when ever they end up being, go well and you enjoy them. I think I will just record all day in case they change their minds again! Safe journey. Take care.

  13. Hi Julia,

Unusual colours for a Christmas card but I still like it. I agree with Steph above. More demos and less presenting would be brilliant.

    Much love,

  14. Hi Julia
love today's card and I have these dies. Yippee. My my you are a busy lady. I bet you don't know if your coming or going. I have just be and set the recorder in case I forget. I hope you have a nice presenter as well Julia. As a few weeks ago Jo Channon was on demonstrating the new Spellbinder D Lites on a special. She started show us how to how to make a card out of a Spellbinder die that on the show. Anyhow she started to show us, the presenter was reading out emails and we didn't see a close up of what she was doing. and was even talking over her at other times. hope it's Dean you are in with as you get on so well.

  24. Hi dear Wattsonettes, how chuffed are we to see 'our leader' back : ) and how chuffed are us Wattsonettes that we can hit the red button : ) its a shame the 'Chief' of CC doesn't tune in to these blogs. These shows are to sell sell sell, yes we appreciate that, but a lot of us love the tips and help that both Julia and Sue (bow down we are not worthy) give us, some of us are still growing into crafters, most presenters are brilliant and soo funny - yes Deano, but some think they are queen and know best, some patronise our demonstrators and at least.1 just bugs ! Why should we miss out on tips, and help by fast forwarding just so we dont have to put up with the presenters that have been on other channels and think they have all the best knowledge, when all we want to do is watch and learn AND enjoy. So Julia, Im hoping and praying that you work with someone who is enjoyable to watch and listen to and makes your stressful week worth doing, as this is CC anx not Ch 640 !

Sorry to vent but we care about our crafting hero's and they need to be treated well and professionally, not 'just another demonstrator'

crafty hugs to everyone. Stay safe. Stay warm.
    Lancashire Steph xx

  25. Loving all your latest cards, we can tell you really love your job but I should imagine most of the shows are "swan" shows....paddling like mad under the water but serene and calm on the surface. Well done Julia. Mabex
