Floral Heart

Hi Bloggers.

A pink card today.

For the background, I spritzed through the Heart Confetti Mask with the Cosmic Shimmer Angel Mist Mister. I then used the little swirl stamp from the Creative Expressions Wedding Bliss Stamp Set using Spun Sugar Distress Ink. I made sure the ink was dry and then inked around the edges with the Spun Sugar using Cut n Dry Foam.

I stamped the floral heart image from the same stamp set using Perfect Medium and embossed using Cosmic Shimmer Sunrise Pink Lustre Embossing Powder. I cut it out using Spelbinders Blossom 5 and inked through the die with Spun Sugar. I cut a square motif out of Pastel Pink Card using Spellbinders Asian Motifs and inked through the die with Spun Sugar.

I made 3 rolled flowers using White Crochet Ribbon and added some left over bits from a Pearl Swirl instead of leaves.

I assembled the card as shown adding some Self Adhesive White Pearls in 3 of the corners and some dots of Cosmic Shimmer Pearlescent PVA in White around the edges.

    after watching you on c&c using cosmic shimmer mists and masks for your background on 1 of your cards the other week i've gone and bought 20 different colours to play with! They are lovely and i hope my cards will shimmer like yours now XX
