Thanks

Hi Bloggers.

I'm up at CE HQ today running a Pixie Powders Masterclass. I have my list of techniques and there's 24 on it! We'll try and get through as many as we can today. This class has been really popular so we are repeating it 2 weeks today on 27th July. If you'd like to book onto that session please contact Tracey on 01536 481778 or email her at tracey@creative-expressions.uk.com.

Here's today's card -

For the background, I mixed a little Riviera Blue CS Ink Spray Mist with some Icicle Blue CS Sparkle Texture Paste and then spread it through the Lotus Head Mask onto Coconut White Card.I put it aside to dry (approx 3 hours for this mask). I had a little coloured texture paste left over so I spread that through the Web Mask onto another piece of Coconut White Card and put aside to dry (probably about 2 hours for this mask)

Once dry, I made a frame using Sue Wilson's Double Pierced Squares and Double Pierced Squares Set B. I added it to my background using 3d Foam Tape and trimmed away the excess background using scissors.

I stamped the sentiment and the frame, both from the Justrite Applique Flowers Stamp Set, onto Coconut White Card using Jet Black Archival. I cut them out using Justrite Vintage Sentiment Tag Dies. I misted a little Riviera Blue Ink Spray Mist onto a piece of Cut n Dry Foam and used it edge the sentiment and the frame.

I used Sue Wilson's Orange Blossom Complete Petals to cut 2 flowers out of my web/texture paste piece. I shaped them and added a Craft Consortium Vintage Pearl Charm. I cut a pait of leaves out of Coconut White Card using Sue's Orange Blossom Leaves Die Set. I added a couple of pieces Silver Metallic Linx.

I assembled the card as shown adding some Small Circle Dazzlers to the corners of the frame.

Thanks for stopping by.

Julia.
