Flowers of tomorrow

Hi Bloggers.

I'm off to Ally Pally today to meet up with the rest of the Creative Expressions team for the Big Stamping and Scrapbooking Show which is being held tomorrow and Sunday. I hope that I'll see some of you there.

Here's today's card -

For the background, I ran a piece of Coconut White Card through the Grand Calibur with the Creative Expressions Sea Garden Embossing Folder and inked around the edges with Stonewashed Adirondack Dye Ink.

I stamped the Curled Frame Stamp as it comes, onto Periwinkle Card using Clear Perfect Medium and embossed with Cosmic Shimmer True White Detail Embossing Powder. I cut it out using the largest die from the Spellbinders A2 Matting Basics B. I cut a Spellbinders Mystical Embrace Die out of Cobalt Card.

I popped some Alice Blue Cosmic Shimmer Matt Chalk Paint onto my Craft Sheet. I picked some up onto a piece of Cut n Dry and used it to alter the colour of a length of White Crochet Ribbon. Once dry I made a couple of flowers. I cut a couple of leaves out of Cobalt Card using Sue Wilson's Faux Quilled Leaves Die Set.

I assembled the card as shown adding some White Pearls to the corners and some dots of Cosmic Shimmer Pastel Blue PVA around the edges.
