You did it!

Hi Bloggers.

Here's today's card -

I started by popping the In the Net Mask onto a piece of Coconut White Card and spreading CS Polar White Texture Paste through it. Leaving the mask in place, I sprinkled Aqua Lagoon and Silver Dream CS Pixie Powders over. I removed the mask, washed it and put my background aside to dry (2 - 3 hours).

Meanwhile, I embossed a piece of Coconut White Card using the Couture Creations Large Circles Embossing Folder. I ran it through a second time to extend the design and then inked around the edges with Turquoise Pool CS Colour Cloud using a Smoothie.

Once my background was dry, I cut it down into 3 panels and inked around the edge of each panel with Turquoise Pool Colour Cloud. I mounted each panel onto Black Card.

I stamped the sentiment and the frame from the Justrite Congrats Card Basics Stamp Set onto Coconut White Card using Jet Black Archival. I cut it out using Justrite A2 Card Front Basics Dies. I spritzed a piece of Coconut White Card with water and tapped some Aqua Lagoon and Silver Dream Pixie Powders over. Once dry, I cut the next sized oval die from the Card Front Basics Set as a mat. I cut a mat out of Black Card using Justrite Vintage Labels Eleven Dies.

I tied a bow using 2 lengths of Craft Consortium White Satin Ribbon. The flower covering my knot, I made ages ago by pouring some CS Phill Martin Decadent Teal into the smallest rose in a Roses Mould. It took a long time to dry but I just wanted to see if it would work - it did but I probably wouldn't do it again, I would use Ultra Thick Embossing Enamel instead. But, It has found a home on this project.

I made a couple of stick pins with Deep Blue Teardrop Beads, White Pearl Topped Pins, White Pearl Beads and Snowflake Spacers. Remember to use Glossy Accents when you make stick pins - CS Glue will rust the pins.

I assembled the card as shown adding some 8mm White Pearls and piercing around the edges using my Tim Holtz Ruler, Precision Probe and Piercing Mat.

Thanks for stopping by.
