Hi Bloggers.
A day of chores today!
Here's today's card -
For the background, I embossed a piece of Milk Card using the Couture Creations Christmas Vineyard Embossing Folder. I rubbed Vintage Plum Gilding Wax over the embossed design.
I stamped the sentiment from the CE Peace on Earth Stamp Set using Plum Archival. I cut it out using the Couture Creations Christmas Wish Die Set and inked through the die with CS Plum Cobbler Colour Cloud Blending Ink using a Smoothie.
I cut some the Couture Creations Mistletoe Die out of Milk Card a couple of times. I cut the Couture Creations Winter Branches out of Vintage Gold Card. I nipped the little birds off and cut into 3 pieces.
I ran a piece of Milk Card through the Grand Calibur with the Couture Creations Mini Poinsettia Embossing Folder. I rubbed Vintage Plum Gilding Wax over the embossed design. I cut several of Sue Wilson's Classic Poinsettia dies from this, removed the die cuts from the dies and inked around the edges with Plum Cobbler Colour Cloud before shaping into a couple of flowers.
I assembled the card as shown adding some 5mm Cream Pearls and piercing around the edges using my Tim Holtz Ruler, Precision Probe and Piercing Mat
See you later!
Thanks for stopping by.
Julia.

Julia - glad the shows when well - but no rest for the wicked though with all your workshops/demos. Now if you could only tell me what I did with the beads and findings I bought at the workshop I attended, your superhero badge will be well earned - will have to pop over to the shop and get some more!
ReplyDeleteSo pretty, love the flowers, xxx
