Here's today's card -
I started by creating a
Pixie Powder background. I spritzed a piece of
Coconut White Card with water and then sprinkled
Pale Olive Pixie Powder over. I added a little more water and put aside to dry.
I cut die #2 from the
Cascading Leaves Die Set into a piece of Coconut White Card to create an aperture. Once my Pixie Powder background was dry, I trimmed it to slightly smaller than my Coconut White Card with the aperture in it and glued the 2 pieces together. I matted it onto a piece of
Dark Roast Coffee Card and onto another piece of Coconut White.
I cut both the dies in the Cascading Leaves set out of Dark Roast Coffee Card. I glued the frame piece into the aperture.
I selected 2 of the leaves and cut the same ones out of some spare Pixie Powder background. I glued them together, offsetting them slightly to create a drop shadow.
I cut the sentiment from the
Life is a Garden Die Set and added to the top left-hand side of my card.
