Sunday Sneak Peek

Hi Bloggers.

I have another sneak peek from Monday night's One Day Special for you - this time featuring the other dies that are on the show -

I've photographed it at a funny angle as it's got mirror card on it and you can see me reflected in it if I photograph it straight on!

I started by creating my background. I popped a couple of drops of Emerald CS Intense Pigment Stain into a mister bottle with some water and gave it a good shake. I popped a couple of drops of Blue Violet CS Intense Pigment Stain into another mister bottle with some water and gave that a good shake. I misted them both onto a piece of Watercolour Card. I blotted off with another piece of Watercolour Card and put both pieces aside to dry.

Once dry, I used the second piece as my background. I matted onto Black Card and then onto Coconut White Card.

I cut dies #1 and #2 from Sue Wilson's Mirrored Mini Striplet out of Coconut White Card. I cut die #2 from my first background piece and glued the 2 die cuts together. I cut die #3 from the set out of Silver Mirror Card and mounted the decorative panel on top using CE Mounting Cushion.

I cut Sue's Lace Butterfly out of Coconut White Card and out of Silver Mirror Card. I shaped them and glued them together just along the body, offsetting them slightly.

I cut Sue's Birthday Wishes Die out of Silver Mirror Card.

I finished my card by adding some White Pearls.
