Another quickie today -

I started by stamping the sentiment from Phill Martin's Elegant Milestone Birthdays Stamp Set onto Black Card using Clear Perfect Medium. I added CS True White Detail Powder and heat set.

I cut the Spellbinders Cascading Stars Die out of Coconut White Card. I pressed it into Clear Perfect Medium (not being too thorough), added Wow! Misteltoe Magic Embossing Powder and heat set. I then pressed the die cut into the pad again, making sure that the remainder of the die cut was covered and I tried to touch the edges of the stars. I added Wow! Salsa Embossing Powder and heat set again.

I covered some of the fall out stars with Zig Glue and added Wow! Ballet Shoes Sparkles Glitter.

I edged the Black Card with a Zig Glue Pen and added Wow! Ballet Shoes Glitter. I added it to a Coconut White Card blank. I added the embossed die cut using CS Glue and the glittered stars using Creative Expressions Mounting Cushion. I finished by added some 5mm White Pearls to the corners.
