Happy Christmas

Hi Bloggers.

A real quickie today - ideal if you've got caught out and forgotten to make a card for someone. I have to say that this is definately one that you need to see in real life and the photo doesn't really capture how lovely it is.

Really easy - especially if you have a dried background already as I had in my demo bits!

So, I've spread some CS Berry Red Sparkle Texture Paste through the Baubles Mask onto Black Card and left to dry - try this on Gloss Black Card. Fabulous!

The sentiment is from Phill Martin's Christmas Sentiments Collection, stamped onto Ruby Card using Jet Black Archival and cut out using Sue Wilson's Double Pierced Rectangles.

I assembled the card as shown piercing around the edges using my Tim Holtz Ruler, Precision Probe and Piercing Mat.

    Good morning Julia. I've made lots of cards like this one in different coloured sparkle texture paste and they all look special. I used Sue's Merry Christmas die for the sentiment. Very pleased I bought the mask.

    I was playing around and made something similar with gilding flakes and micro beads, however it didn't look as good as this. I love the black and red combination here. It is the sort of background to makeup en-mass and have in a stash ready for the future. Now to start some for next year!!!!!
