Autumn - Sneak Peak part 2

Back from a great weekend at Craftasmic in Taunton. Such a great little shop - well worth a visit if you're ever in the area.

As promised here's the sister to yesterday's card -

The panel behind the dress is the bit that was cut out of yesterday's card - just too lovely not to use. Please see yesterday's post to see how it was made.

For the background on this card, I ran a piece of Coconut White Card through the Grand Calibur with the Couture Creations Hyper Magical Embossing Folder. I ran it through a second time to extend the design. I rubbed Cast Bronze Gilding Wax all over. Once dry, I inked around the edges with Butterscotch Adirondack Dye Ink and then with Terra Cotta.

I stamped the dress from the Belle of the Ball Stamp Set using Jet Black Archival and embossed with Cosmic Shimmer Clear Embossing Powder. I coloured in using Scarlet Sunset, Yellow Ultra and Orange Mica Powders from the Cosmic Shimmer Autumn Sunset Mica Spray Set and a little Cosmic Tone Matt Drawing Ink from the Skin Tones Set. I cut it out using scissors and went around the edges with a Black Marker Pen.

I stamped the sentiment from the same stamp set, again using Jet Black Archival and embossed with Clear Powder. I cut it out using Justrite Vintage Labels Four and inked through the die with Butterscotch.

I assembled the card as shown adding some 5mm Cream Pearls in the corners and some dots of Cosmic Shimmer Pearlescent PVA in Olympic Gold around the edges.
