Hope you have a Blooming Great Day

Hi Bloggers.

Here's today's card -

For the background, I simply ran a piece of Coconut White Card through the Grand Calibur with the Couture Creations Petal Pleasures Embossing Folder. I ran it through a second time to extend the design and inked around the edges with Victorian Velvet Distress Ink using Cut n Dry Foam. I wrapped a piece of Rose Satin Edged Organza Ribbon around the card.

I stamped the Scrollwork Vase using Perfect Medium and embossed with Cosmic Shimmer Pastel Pink Embossing Powder. I masked off the vase. I inked up the Tulip Spray with Picked Raspberry and Evergreen Bough Distress Markers, spritzed then lightly with water and stamped as shown. I cut the image out using Spellbinders Resplendent Rectangles and inked through the die with Victorian Velvet Distress Ink.

I stamped the sentiment that comes with the Scrollwork Vase, using Perfect Medium and embossed with Cosmic Shimmer Pastel Pink Embossing Powder. I cut it out using Justrite Vintage Labels 4 and inked through the die with Victorian Velvet.

I tied a bow using Rose Satin Edged Organza. I added a little White Pearl String (coming soon!) and a Pink Dazzler.

I assembled the card as shown adding some White Pearls and some dots of Cosmic Shimmer Pastel Pink PVA around the edges.

Thanks for stopping by.

Julia.

  31. Hi Julia, Another gorgeous card, fabulous stamping and embossing, I adore the petal pleasures embossing folder, it is so pretty. I especially love the pearl strings, can't wait to get my hands on those, I'm missing the pink dazzlers too, must have some of those.
I've been gardening this afternoon, front and back, and my back is complaining bitterly haha.
Lots of love from Patricia xx
