Hi Bloggers.
Continuing with the Christmas theme, here's today's card -
For the background, I inked up the Creative Expressions Frosty Swirls Embossing Folder with Perfect Medium and ran it through the Grand Calibur with a piece of Milk Card. The ink transferred to the deboss pattern. I then brushed Enchanted Gold Cosmic Shimmer Mica Powder over the surface.
I cut the Spellbinders Angel of Peace Die out of Vintage Gold Card. I cut the largest die in the Spellbinders Oval Majesty Die Set out of Milk Card and inked through the die with Antique Linen Distress Ink using a Smoothie.
I cut the Spellbinders Peace Strip Die out of Vintage Gold Card and added it to the bottom section of my card.
I assembled the card as shown adding some Cream 8mm Pearls and piercing around the edges using my Tim Holtz Ruler and a Precision Probe.
Thanks for stopping by.
Julia.

Love the layout on this card, although I am not keen on the word die but that is just me! The other dies and embossing folder are very effective.

Another beautiful card Julia. The vintage gold card is a welcome addition to the card stash producing beautiful elements without to much bling.
ReplyDeleteWonderful card Julia. The background is so pretty and the angel is gorgeous. I haven't got this year's angel but I have the one Sue brought out last year which will work just as well. Pat x
ReplyDeleteActually, Pat, Sue's Angel, while absolutely gorgeous, is bigger than this one. It's a Die D-Lite and she measures just 6.5 x 8.8cm. Julia
