Just a reminder that whenever I have a product that I've used in stock in my Amazon Store, you will see it highlighted in the text. Just click on it and you will go straight to the product in my store. Postage is charged at £2.90 for the first item and then 10p extra for each extra item in the same order. I'm sorry, I just cannot afford to offer you free postage. I would, if I could. Please be careful that if you order from another seller who offers free postage that they quite often increase the price of the item so if you order more than one item you may end up paying more. I do try to post same or next day depending on my work schedule.
Here's today's card -
For the background, I popped the Lace Mask onto a piece of Milk Card and ran it through the Grand Calibur. Leaving the mask in place, I inked through it with Stonewashed Adirondack Dye Ink using Cut n Dry Foam. I then inked through one of the designs in the Floral Elements Mask in each corner, again using Stonewashed Ink.
All Occasions Sentiments Stamp Set using Perfect Medium and embossed with Cosmic Shimmer Pastel Blue Embossing Powder. I cut it out using Couture Creations Square Plaque and inked through the die with Stonewashed Ink. I cut a Spellbinders Majestic Circle out of Milk Card and inked through the die with Stonewashed.
Faux Quilled Blooms Die Set. I cut 3 sets of leaves using Couture Creations Ivy Die, cut them up into individual leaves and popped a couple behind each flower.
Cream Pearls to the centre of each flower and in the corners of the background and some dots of Cosmic Shimmer Pastel Blue PVA around the edges.
I've just finalised my next set of workshops at Creative Expressions HQ, Ketteting. Tuesday August 5th - a morning and an afternoon workshop. The morning workshop is mainly mica powder based though other products will be used. Pic below.
Thanks for stopping by.
Thank you all the cards are lovely, You could only choose by picking your favourite colour. I would love to come to a work shop, but I look after my two disabled grandsons, so I take each day as it comes I cannot make plans. Take care Kitty.
Hello Julia, lovely card, a favourite colour combo of mine. I think your service when buying from your amazon store is fantastic. I would love to come to the workshops, but the day job just does not give me a break. Take care. BxReplyDelete

What a busy life we all lead.
Enjoy your day.

I love today's card and using the unusual colour of blue for the flowers Note to self - be more imaginative with colour, flowers don't have to be pink, yellow or white! Workshops are too far away for me and working tooReplyDelete
What a stunning card you have made today. That sounds like you don't make many stunning cards. But believe me all your cards are stunning. Just loving the faux flowers you have done in a circle. They are so eye catching. Would love to attend one of your workshops. I bet they are so much fun.

Hello Julia - Well I have just won a second set of your samples on ebay - I am looking forward to them arriving - there are a couple that will be come wall-hanging gifts to friends who are fans of your work.ReplyDelete
Sorry you felt you had to put that comment on about your Amazon site - has someone been having a go at you? I am only an occasional (private) seller on Amazon and Amazon decide the postage charges and charge a high final valuation fee.
Now to the first card - I love the small dinky blue flowers you made with Sue's die.
Now to your workshops at Kettering - they look very tempting but I had better get selling on eBay to pay for them. Fingers crossed, I can get the money together before all the places go!
Stunning card Julia xx hazelReplyDelete
