Here's today's card -
Sue Wilson's Classic Weaving Die out of Coconut White Card. I then ran the die cut through the Spellbinders Platinum Machine with the Couture Creations Velvet Tea Lights Embossing Folder.
I cut Sue's Striped Weaving Die out of Sky Blue Card twice. I glued the 2 Striped die cuts together, offsetting them to fill in the gaps. I cut these down into pieces 2 and 3 strips wide.
I then wove my background weaving the striped strips through the classic die cut. With 3 strips, over 1, under 1, over 1, under 1 and so on to the end. With 2 strips, under 1, over 1, under 1, over 1 and so on to the end. I repeated these 2 rows until my piece was complete.
Sue's Scalloped Lattice Frames Set B. I added it to my background using 3D Foam Tape and trimmed away the excess using scissors.
Sue's Happy Birthday Circle die set for my topper, cutting out of Coconut White and Sky Blue Card (this die set is currently out of stock at CE but I'm told more stock is expected end of February). I used 3D Foam Pads in between my layers.
Sue's Star Flower Cluster (this is due back in stock end of February too) out of Coconut White and Sky Blue Card.
Sue's new die release will be launched on 26th January. I have them on pre-order and I have loaded the stock on my website with 10% discount here. I still need to load the new stamps - I will try to get that done by the end of today.
Thanks for stopping by.
